We can prepare and submit an Injuries Board application on your behalf and
where an assessment is made by the Injuries Board, we will advise you as to
whether same is an adequate award and whether it should be accepted
or rejected. If you decide not to accept an Injuries Board Assessment
and wish to proceed to issue court proceedings, we will draft and file all the

CONTENTIOUS AND NON CONTENTIOUS PROBATE MATTERS

While we glad to say that the majority of Probate matters are non-contentious and
simply are the carrying out the wishes of the deceased, whereby a grant is
obtained from the Probate Registry and the assets of the deceased are distributed
to the beneficiaries as per the terms of a will or under the rules of intestacy,
sometimes issues arise.

Our office has a wealth of experience in dealing with both non-contentious and
contentious matters and can advise executors and unhappy beneficiaries alike as
to their rights and obligations and what options may or may not be open to them.

Should you have a query in this area, please do not hesitate to contact our offices.

WILLS AND ESTATE PLANNING

One of the most important things that a person should consider during their lifetime

leave confusion among the family members left to grieve their loss.
From the most straight forward will to the complex area of
estate planning, we are here to assist.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to discuss making a will.
